At Rosa's Cleaning, we understand that quality time with your family is very important. Don't waste your time cleaning your house! Let us do the hard work for you, we will leave your house with a nice, fresh smell and sparkling!
Monthly Services
One monthly of two cleanings sessions of 5 men hours each.
$430 for $318.99
One monthly of two cleaning sessions of six hours each.

For all standard options:
Our cleaning entails:
Bathrooms:
We wash toilets, wipe vanities, sinks, showers, baths, and floors.
Kitchen:
We wipe all tops and cabinets, floors, refrigerators/stove (outside only), and microwaves (inside and out). There is a $45 fee for refrigerator inside and $45 fee for oven inside .
We do charge $25 fee per window inside.
We do charge $20 fee per extra room
In all extra rooms:
We dust polish and vacuum all furniture and rooms.
We wipe wood works, wash wood floors, tiles, fingerprints off walls, and shoe marks off steps.
Disclaimer:
These deals are only for standard cleaning. NOT FOR DEEP CLEANING SUCH AS SPRING CLEANING OR MOVE-IN OR OUT CLEANING, SUCH AS WINDOWS, BASEBOARDS, INSIDES OF APPLIANCES (REFRIGERATOR AND OVEN), INSIDE THE KITCHEN CABINETS, AND/OR INSIDE VANITIES IN THE BATHROOMS! Those are additional rates because it requires more time.

P.S.: After we provide our clients a cleaning quote, if they want to postpone it for the following week, we charge an extra fee of $25.00 for every week postponed.
